Letter From a Medical Corps Class Member
| Chuck
Thank you and please thank your staff for the wonderful experience in
the class last weekend.
I had basic first aid as a Civil Air Patrol cadet many moons ago, then more "combat lifesaver" stuff as an ROTC
Cadet, Platoon leader and Battalion OPFOR and Recon team leader in
college.
Even before 9/11 I had begun to prepare my family for the
possibility of "hard times" in the future, including stocking some
medical supplies.
All along in the back of my mind I knew I was lacking
an important ingredient, knowledge! Finally in Feb this year I got off my
sorry behind and took the Red Cross "disaster first aid" course.
Well I felt qualified to avoid litigation and put on a band aid after that. So
low and behold I go to your class.
I learned more in the first two hours of the class than I had
accumulated in 20 years!
Your staff was extremely professional and
helpful, and I could tell immediately that you folks LOVE what you do.
We have a close group of folks here in central Ohio and have made the
decision that your class will be mandatory for all the adults and
children over 12.
In short I slept better last evening because I am more
confident that I can help my family, neighbors and friends if the chips
are down! Please keep me informed of future class dates.
Thanks Again,
